Whether you need to identify your interests and abilities, locate your first job, find a new job, or need help keeping your current job, we can provide you with the individualized assistance that best meets your needs. It is our mission to provide quality services to individuals and motivated, quality workers to employers. We can provide all or any one of the following services to you depending upon your employment status in SLS or with DVR.

Job Development
Job Development services focus on assessment and identification of vocational interests and capabilities in preparation for job development as well as assisting the individual to locate a job or job development on behalf of the individual.

Job Placement
Job Placement services may be used to purchase items that an individual needs to obtain and/or sustain employment that is not otherwise the responsibility of the employer to provide under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Job Coaching
Job Coaching services focus on activities needed to sustain paid work by individuals, including supervision and training.
